On a day-to-day basis, a significant part of our all of
our work can be categorized as "teaching, training, and coaching." Our emphasis on having your staff take ownership and do the work requires that mode of operation.
Beyond our more formal consulting activities, we offer customized sessions for both in-house and public
sessions As in our consulting services, our focus here is on change management, knowledge management, and process improvement. We also teach at the
graduate level—Larry Chait has lectured in MBA and post-graduate programs at seven colleges.
