We teach, train, and coach...

On a day-to-day basis, a significant part of our work
can be categorized as "teaching, training, and coaching." Our emphasis on having your staff take ownership and do the work requires that mode of operation.

But beyond our consulting activities, we offer standard and customized sessions for both public and in-house sessions As in our consulting services, our training focus is on change management, knowledge management, and process improvement. We also teach at the graduate level—Larry Chait has lectured in MBA and post-graduate programs in seven colleges.

If you are interested in attending a session or arranging for a one at your own site, please contact Larry Chait at Chait.L@ChaitAssociates.com. To view a CV for Larry Chait, click here. If you need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader, click here.
