Coaching Scenarios:
ž As managers come up through the ranks, each
becomes a particular kind of leader. But at times, promotions can set them loose in uncharted waters. The skills that brought them to their new positions
may be necessary, but not sufficient. They may feel threatened, and they may no longer seem to be the shining stars they once were. On the other hand, they have
been important assets for years, and you really don't want to lose them to your competitors. (And just maybe, "they" are "you.")
ž Your organization is undergoing tremendous change. Maybe a merger has created a culture clash–and a manager who thrived in
one of the old companies is having real difficulty operating effectively in the new one. S/he is like a fish out of water–the skills, tools, and work styles that were once so successful now
seem inappropriate to the task.
Whether your goal is to sharpen leadership skills, correct management behavioral problems, increase the success rate for
new managers, or improve teamwork, we can help. We: ž Help senior managers, teams, and individuals set aspirational
goals—both personal and organizational ž Help them achieve their goals—and accelerate that
achievement ž Provide the support, structure, and tools needed for success
